从2000年第七届到2020年第27届Vis Moot，除头尾两年均采用LCIA仲裁规则外，每年赛题中使用的仲裁规则都不尽相同。分析仲裁规则对解答赛题程序部分起着重要作用，如在2020年第27届比赛中，对LCIA仲裁规则第18.4条的解读成为了排除专家证人与否的关键。有鉴于此，笔者对有关UNICTRAL仲裁规则和ICC、LCIA、SIAC、HKIAC等主流仲裁机构的仲裁规则的分析专著进行了整理，并附上了以上各版仲裁规则的在线阅读链接，希望对Vis Mootie们有所帮助。
UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules
UNCITRAL（United Nations Commission on International Trade Law）为联合国国际贸易法委员会。UNCITRAL并没有仲裁院，但其编制的UNCITRAL仲裁规则被广泛应用于机构仲裁（Institutional/Administered Arbitration）和临时仲裁（Ad Hoc Arbitration）。UNCITRAL仲裁规则共分为三个版本：1976版、2010版和2013版。
